When booking a double room or a family room, breakfast is included in the price. Our breakfast buffet includes various breads and pastries, sausage, cheese, jams, spreads, breakfast cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Our breakfast menu also includes specialty coffees such as cappuccino or café latte, as well as cocoa and tea.
Please note that breakfast is not included when staying in a apartment.
Sauna
In summer you can use our sauna once a week free of charge.
In winter, the daily use of the sauna is included in the price.
Rudis Bar
You can use our house bar as a lounge.
Parking space
One parking space per room is included directly at our house. Due to the good public connection, you can leave your car behind and use the free ski and hiking buses as an environmentally friendly alternative.

We offer free wireless internet access so that you can share your holiday experiences with friends and family.
Ski and shoe cellar
To ensure that your equipment is well stowed away, we offer enough space in our cellar for your ski and hiking boots as well as for your skis or snowboard.

Services for mountain bikers and cyclists
As a bike and bike accommodation, we offer you an outdoor bike washing area so that your bike comes home clean again. We will wash your soiled clothes for a fee.
Ötztal Inside Summer Card
With us as the Ötztal Inside Summer Card partner company, you will receive the inclusive card free of charge in summer . The card is valid after the first night of your stay and can be used by you until the evening of the day of departure. In addition to free travel on the summer mountain railways and public buses, you can enjoy free entry to swimming pools, bathing lakes, museums and leisure facilities.
